Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.
If you have used the product, the return is subject to approval at Bellagance’s discretion. Please contact us to explain why you would like to request the return on a product that has been used.
No returns are allowed after 30 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Also, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
